1991

Where it all began

On June 20th, 1991, MCI officially started operating as "Metalúrgica Convenção de Itu", focusing on extrusion (snacks) lines.

1998

First forming machine: RB-01

MCI invested in the savory snacks and sweets production market, intending to expand the portfolio.

1999

The breading lines start

The model RBE-01 was the first breading line development, automating this process.

2005

Fryer launch

The first continuous fryer to be commercialized, the Economatic was the kickstart to the "fryer family"

2015

New Company's image

MCI went through a rebranding, adopting a new positioning and visual identity.

2020

Expanding the portfolio

New fryer added;
Modern breading system for proteins;
Industrial lines developed for large companies.

2021

Forming machine launched

A new solution for yeast and delicate dough, the model RB-01 MF.

2022

Donut line

Complete line for donut production developed.

2023

Forming machine FN04

The FN04 was developed and thought to innovate the Brazilian market for nuggets, patties, and schnitzel production.

2024

New directions and focus on exportation

After discontinuing the small-scale line, the company redefined its strategy, focusing on semi-industrial and industrial lines and envisioning the export market. Developments and investments in breading lines for proteins and flat products, glass beads blasting, and efficiency enhancements for industrial lines arrived.
