The PA500E fryer construction allows frying time to be from 45 seconds to 4 minutes
Working Temperature
The frying temperature depends on the product, but in general it is 180ºC, which is maintained even when not in the frying process. If it is supplied with frozen products, the temperature variation will be higher and the production capacity will be lower.
*Do not exceed 195ºC, danger of oil combustion.
