Maria Coxinha is the new trade of Dona Maria, who also bet on the technology to produce sweets and salty. She says, she was already talking to the MCI team in the Alagoas region and finally closed a deal at the Fenopan fair in Recife.

Maria produces her sweets with the machine, such as mini churros,beijinho and brigadeiros. The businesswoman sells her products at her snack bar and also resells frozen products to small business owners.

For the businesswoman, the equipment helped her production to get a higher level, she produces now 3,500 sweets and salted per hour, equivalent to about five employees to do the same service. In addition, Maria says that the fact of standardization and the quality of its products that come in the formats and size chosen, have brought even more customers to its establishment.
