Does the machine change the taste of my product?
If you work in the sweet and savory market you know the sacrifices in the day to day for production and formatting of the products and the concern in realizing that manually it is impossible to produce in large quantities. MCI has been working for 27 years for its SUCCESS and we have built tools to meet your entrepreneurial needs.
With more than 50 machines in our portfolio, we invest, innovate and create lines to facilitate your production process, making it more dynamic and providing more profit in less time.
One of the frequent doubts of our customers is whether the sweet and savory machines change the flavor of the final product. We can say with certainty that it is a MYTH. The formers have the same materials of the utensils in their kitchen (ABS injected, stainless steel, acrylics), not offering the possibility of changing the flavor of the product.
We have a large portfolio of machines for the production of sweets and salted. What differentiates one formadora from the other is some characteristics of its production, being they:
* Production capacity per hour;
* Weight of products;
* Formats available;
* Option of second filling;
* Sizes of equipment;
* Accessories;
* Design.
All of our formers produce sweets and salty products and offer them characteristics for each type of entrepreneur, allowing support for the greater production and style of companies, be they medium or large.
Method of production:
The machine is a sweet and savory formers and fillers, that is, it will make the most laborious of the production process: filling and formatting the final product.
The dough and the filling are produced in advance, manually or with the help of complementary machines like our masseira / baking machine (being a machine that beats and cooks its pasta or filling). After preparing the filling and dough, they are placed in the machine and begin formatting in our formers.
Textures for production:
To work with the candy and salty machines in general, it is necessary that the filling and dough have a "soft texture", which does not stick in the hand, to go through the process of forming the product.
If the consistency of the filling or dough is dry or liquid, some adjustments will be necessary to make the formatting process happen.
To find the "ideal" texture for working on machines is quite simple: just squeeze them with your hands. And if your dough or stuffing slides between your fingers, it will also slide through the coextrusion threads and do the formatting process on our machines.
What can change the flavor of the product?
The only material / raw material that can interfere or even change the flavor of the products are the ingredients that make the composition of your recipe.
With the use of good quality ingredients, your product will be more desirable and sought after by your audience.
